Why a Russian manicure and pedicure?
A Russian manicure is the most detailed manicure you can get. Your artist uses a fine electric file to gently clean the cuticle area, so gel sits right at the cuticle line and grows out cleanly for three to four weeks. The Russian pedicure gives your feet the same careful finish.

We take sterilization seriously
Your safety comes first at Spaxs. Every metal tool is cleaned and sterilized between clients, single use items are discarded after each service, and every station is disinfected before you sit down. We follow the infection prevention and control standards set by Ontario’s Ministry of Health for personal service settings, and our salon is inspected by the Windsor Essex County Health Unit.

About half the time of booking them separately, because your manicure and pedicure are done at the same time instead of one after the other.
Can I work during my appointment?
Yes. The suite is private and quiet, with a laptop station and noise cancelling headphones so you can take calls or focus.
How long does a Russian manicure last?
Most clients go three to four weeks before a refresh, because the gel is applied right at the cuticle line.
