We follow the infection prevention and control standards set by Ontario’s Ministry of Health for personal service settings, and our salon is inspected by the Windsor Essex County Health Unit.

Will extensions damage my natural lashes?
No. Damage comes from extensions that are too heavy or long. Your artist chooses the right weight and length for your natural lashes.
What if I have sensitive eyes?
Let us know when you book. Your artist will talk you through the products and keep your eyes closed and comfortable throughout.
How long does a full set take?
About 1 hour 30 minutes for classic, 2 hours for hybrid and 2 hours 30 minutes for volume. Most clients relax or even nap.
How should I prepare?
Come with clean lashes and no eye makeup.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a small deposit holds a full set appointment.
